Sweet male cat, needs purr-fect home

Nelson is a 5 year old loving boy. He is neutered and litterbox trained. Very sweet, cuddly, and vocal. He loves sitting in your lap or just being near you. He currently is on an ointment for some licking/chewing on arms from expected anxiety/being alone while we are at work. He likes sitting in windows and watching outside. It would be nice if he could go to a home with other cats to socialize with and windows to look out of. He's been around a small, calm dog and was able to warm up to him. He does not like excited, large dogs. We are unable to keep him due to allergies, so he needs to be rehomed as soon as possible. He will come with his papers, remaining ointment, litterbox and litterbox mats, hard and soft food, bowls, beds, blanket, toys, brushes, cleaning wipes, shampoo, harness and leash. Rehoming fee.
