Maintenance & General Labor : Full-Time OVERVIEW: Real estate management company seeking high energy individuals with a great work ethic to fill our full-time maintenance & general labor position. This position is responsible for a broad range of activities that are performed to keep our apartments & grounds operating efficiently and effectively. If you're the "Mr. Fix-it" type of person that knows how to get things done correctly with attention to detail, your self-motivated and take pride in yourself and your work... we WANT to hear from you! Must be able to perform physical tasks related to this position such as lifting / moving object of weight such as tools, materials, and appliances, standing, climbing, crawling. Communicate effectively, including being able to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
