Description
Are you finding it hard to hire people to work for you?
Is it hard to keep employees? Even the bad ones?
You may not be paying a realistic pay. Now a days with corporate greed, everything cost a lot. That$15 an hour that was good 5 years ago isn’t going to cut it.
If you can’t at least at the bare minimum actually pay a person $20 you should consider changing businesses or do the work yourself.
$15 an hour is not good now, and isn’t going to be any better in a few months.
Don’t go blaming people because they no like work if you can’t pay a livable wage.
No no one wants to clean your Turo card for $200 a week. No people don’t want to drive to the rich side of town on $5.45 a gallon gas to wash dish’s at you store.
What some of you guys want is people to pay to come and work for you. It’s modern day slavery. Maybe even dock your own pay and put off that new Tacoma for a few years. Better yet! Do the job at the rate you would pay someone and see if you can live off of it. If you can’t pay a real livable wage in any job then maybe your job isn’t profitable and you make money off of your employees suffering.
