David Brantley, or whoever you are.. You sound like a doofus, posting this ad. You have so many demands, and offering not much in return. You have two cars, whoop-di-bleepin-doo. You can take your two cars and your righteous self and shove it. In case you are clueless to your stupid ways, let me clue you in: 1) You want someone with land and expect to pay no rent. 2) You want someone to have no full-time job while you can only suggest a monthly payment of $2000, that's not even guaranteed. And that doesn't even cover rent for most places with enough space to park two extra cars. Let's not forget no health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and other benefits that come from the full-time job. Yet, you offer none of that. 3) You talk down to people and assume they're criminals before even starting a conversation. 4) You think you're so bad a##, when all you own is two cars. (You don't get to own me.) Locals, don't fall for this sh##. This is probably someone who doesn't even live here, can't even run his own startup POS.
