Looking for homes for 2 dogs 1 cat.

I need to find homes for 2 dogs and 1 cat. We took in 2 dogs from family who couldn't care for them anymore in hopes of finding them a forever home. First is a 5 year old pomeranian. Chocolate in color. Super sweet but like any other little dog can be snippy if he doesn't know your in charge. He Def needs someone to work with him. I plan to get him a haircut before he gets placed as he needs one bad. He also has horribly dry skin and scratches constantly. He Will go outside to the bathroom but we have a fence. In the house I have to watch him as he likes to mark. Next is a 1 year old mastiff Shephard mix. Super sweet male. Loves everyone but takes a little bit to warm up and can by shy at first. He Def needs leash training. He is crate trained and will go outside. Has tons of energy. Then a gray and black tabby female cat. Just a little over a year old. She was taken in after someone severely abused her and caused her to know have seizures. She really needs a calm and quiet environment and my house is just way to busy and chaotic for her. She's very lovable. But shy at first. Asking small rehoming fees to make sure there going to the best homes possible. Please don't just email asking for pics.
