General Laborer/Commercial Cleaner

Looking for PART-TIME General Laborer/Cleaner in the North Jacksonville, FL area. Specifically working in a office/light warehouse environment. (Close to 295 and Main Street) on Main Street). Must have the following qualifications: 1) MUST be dependable and hard working. 2) MUST have your OWN reliable transportation, buses do not run in that area. 3) Cleaning experience preferred, but not a deal breaker, willing to train positive minded individual 4) MUST be dependable, and not a person that calls out repeatedly 5) MUST be able to make a good presentation 6) MUST be able to clean offices, cafeteria, bathrooms and mop, clean restrooms and empty trash. 7) MUST be able to work Monday thru Friday 10:00AM to 2:00 PM OR 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM or work BOTH shifts. 8) IF you are not a hard working person, please do not apply for this position. This job is a general laborer position AND starts ASAP.
