Landlord with multiple properties looking for individuals that can renovate kitchens, baths and do rental flips. Siding and roofing experience a must. Work 7 days a week, starting pay $20-$30 based on experience. Please do not respond if you are a company. Only want to pay by the hour. If the ad is still up, we are still hiring.
