NEED HELP - Tree trimming and/or removal of trees

I own a tree trimming/removal business. I am looking for help and may hire the right person for a job if things work out. Pay depends on your experience, how fast you learn and how hard you work. I am a licensed Arborist and own lots of big equipment. Most of the heavy work is done with a mini skid steer with a grapple attachment (we use it to handle branches, logs, etc). I might be willing to train the right person. If you are experienced and wish to learn more about running a profitable business, working with bucket trucks, large chippers, mini skid steers, saws, etc., I am willing to teach you. I have helped a few guys become licensed/insured Arborists and some are running their own businesses now.
