I’m searching for a good home for my two kittens, Puddle (male, intact, 4 months old), and Mushroom (female, spayed, 1.5 years old). Our dogs have sent each cat to the emergency room on separate occasions and it does not feel ethical to have them living together in the same home. I’m in love with both cats and this really breaks my heart. Mushroom is an indoor/outdoor cat (she will need time to associate you as her human and your house as her home, though, before you let her go outside). She’s sweet and loving, but not super affectionate. Although, she has been getting better at letting new people pet her. She will sit in my lap occasionally, and it’s always a very special moment that I cherish. But, she loves her owner and really wants to be nearby. She’s very loyal and always comes home, and whenever I’ve been away on vacation she’s been really sad that I’m gone and really happy to see me when I come back. She loves to be outside and is a true athlete and huntress. Her astrological sign is Leo, she’s confident, independent, and loyal. Puddle is a Sagittarius. Full of playful firey energy and light. Anything and everything becomes a toy, and he can amuse himself for hours with a bottle cap or string found on the floor. He loves to run and jump around the house and it’s a delight to see. He’s very affectionate and purrs loudly and instantly, and he loves to be on your lap. Puddle definitely wants your attention&affection, and he loves to show off. Puddle is very handsome and has unique markings similar to a bengal. He is too young to be outside and still needs to be neutered and needs his rabies shots, although I hope one day he can adventure together outside with Mushroom. These cats need to stay together. They love each other and I want them to have someone familiar to them in their new home. I’m less concerned with a rehome fee, but I’m very concerned with them going to a home that loves them as much as I do. It’s essential that the new owner has a relationship with me, that I get plenty of pictures/updates, and am welcome to come visit them. I will be very interested in getting to know you and would prefer to do a house visit at both my house and yours before adoption takes place. These are very special cats and need a very special home.
