Sonya started her yoga journey with us in 2004, while finishing her Bachelor’s
Degree at The Ohio State University. She discovered that yoga and exercise were
her true passions. She really enjoys watching her clients transform their bodies and
minds through exercise. She likes to get to know her clients, in order to build and
structure unique workouts and yoga sequences for each individual. Outside of
work, she enjoys running, biking, spending time with her family, her husband, loved
ones, and her dog.
