The Flying Horse Farms Young Professionals Council presents ... BENDING & BREKKIEJoin us for a 60 min yoga flow in support of Flying Horse Farms. FHF is a non-profit camp that provides healing, transformative and magical experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families - free of charge! Camp allows kiddos to forget about their illness for a week and just be kids! Your donation will go a long way in helping create an unforgettable experience for a camper. Come out for a fun morning of bliss, relaxation and good vibes as one of our fav Core Power yoga instructors leads us through a full body yoga session. The event will be held outdoors (in the park across from Brekkie Shack!) meaning, if the event gets rained out we will postpone to a new date. *On street parking is paid, but there is a parking garage that is free for three hours just down the sidewalk from Brekkie Shack.* *Bring a mat and a towel and a BIG SMILE on your face! Our friends over at Brekkie Shack are gunna supply us with some much needed post yoga nice and smooth nitro cold brew, BUT if that's not enough fuel replenishment then join us for a delicious brunch at their location right across from the park! Brekkie Shack is a casual breakfast, lunch brunch restaurant with breakfast all day. Lindsey and Lisa Rusch are twin sisters from Columbus, Ohio who started Brekkie Shack to create a healthy indoor/outdoor atmosphere. They have craft coffee, housemade baked goods and fresh cocktails!
