Description
I am in need of help from the community on being discriminated against with the northeastern center of Auburn. I am blind and disabled and I am trying to get services at the Auburn location for over a year now and they refuse to see me or due to the fact that my case is too complex. I am currently a patient in kendallville northeastern center and they have not had a problem with my case since I started. I recently lost my license and have no transportation to kendallville and been asking for a while now to transfer my case back to Auburn where I was seeing that before. I have been complaining to the administrator of the center Steve and my case get swept under the rug all the time. I've also complained to the manager Nick at the Auburn location and oh I get from him is that he wishes he can do something for me but his hands are tied. The case facilitator at kendallville made me an appointment to get my case transferred back to Auburn hope the appointment was canceled the week later by Nick again. I call Steve in administration I never get phone calls back. It says on theee website that people who are on IV medications have a higher priority to be seen and I am on daily IV medications for years and still nothing. I am at wits ends right now asking the community for help and or advice on what I should do next. Has anyone else had a similar situation as me? I would love to hear from you..
