Join Charmain and Ellie in a discussion on our mental health during major life transitions. Over the past two years, change has been the only constant. More recently - many of us are facing significant life transitions that put a strain on our mental and emotional wellbeing. Whether starting a new job as a part of the great resignation, finishing high school or college after 2 years of hybrid learning, returning to the office for the first time since March 2020, adjusting to new parenthood or a new home... we want to hear your stories and we want to talk about your mental health.  In preparation for the event and discussion, we're collecting submissions and stories to help guide the conversation... and to remind you that you're not alone. Whether your submission gets selected at the event or not, we encourage you to use this anonymous form as written therapy -  reflect as you would in a journal. Hopefully, this exercise is meditative and useful. We appreciate your submission as we work to inspire wellness in our community. Submit here! In addition to the discussion, the evening will include snacks, fizzy drinks, and a DIY flower arrangement for each guest💐. We will be opening up reservations throughout the entire month, so stay tuned if you didn’t get a ticket on your first try.
