Job perks: weekends off, 9 hour days, after hours garage use, employee discounts Job Requirements: Two years of experience preferred as a technician. Maintain CSI at or above company standards. Be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Be able to examine customer vehicles and estimate the cost of repairs. Demonstrate basic math, reading, and computer skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills for teamwork and customer service. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn new repair and service procedures and new technology. Participate in required training. Job Description: - As an auto technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles. You should be able to examine vehicles, perform repairs, and request parts. - Applicants will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new repair and service procedures quickly. - Examine vehicles, perform repairs, request parts, and estimate costs. - Record clear documentation of all repairs, parts purchases, and maintenance. Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system. - Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and provide options for repairs or services. - Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. - Perform services efficiently according to dealership guidelines. - Follow service guidelines while following safeguards, rules, and regulations. - Demonstrate the company's core values and comply with company policies and procedures. - Observe all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations in performing duties.
