6 courses of French cuisine paired with French wines Wednesday Wine Night returns! Our head night chef--Jimmy (Cam) St. Clair--will be cooking savory courses of French food, and each course will be paired with wine. The restaurant owner--Emily Hurd--will be making dessert. You'll learn about each featured French vineyard and how to taste the wine. Bring a friend (or make one here), and make a night of it here in the North End of Rockford.
