270 Games, 160 Teams, 5 Divisions, 2 Regions, 1 State Champion. Big Time Hoops in partnership with Results Basketball and Thunder XL presents The Big Time 3 on 3 Tournament, Maine's largest 3 on 3 competition. This year's tournament will be played on July 30th and held at two different sites. The Northern Maine Region will be played at the Eastern Maine Sports Academy in Veazie. The Southern Maine Region will be played at the XL Sports Center in Saco. There will be 5 different divisions in this year's tournament: - 4th & 5th Grade Co-Ed - Middle School Girls (Grades 6-8) - Middle School Boys (Grades 6-8) - High School Girls - High School Boys Each team is guaranteed 4 games. Once pool play has concluded, the top 4 teams in each division will advance to the Regional Playoff to determine the Regional Champion. There will also be a 3 vs 4 game to determine the top 3 teams from each region. The top 3 teams from the north and the top three teams from the south in each division will advance to the Big Time 3 on 3 State Championship to be held on August 5th at the Eastern Maine Sports Academy. A double elimination tournament will crown this year's 3 On 3 State Champion. Official tournament rules will be rolled out prior to July 30th.
