Juggling Show & Pizza Party Come enjoy a fun day at The Place for Children with Autism (Urbana location). We will have a juggling act, pizza, and beverages. This event is free, for all ages, and a fun way to bring together the community to celebrate the summer time and autism acceptance. The Place for Children with Autism provides autism therapy for children ages 2-6 in a school like setting. The Place provides therapy but in model that resembles a school setting with circle time, music, art, dance and a variety of other social activities. The Place specializes in increasing communication, social skills, independent living skills, and reducing challenging behavior. Instructions for entering the Urbana location: Access the southeast entrance (facing Illinois street). There are two entrances on that side of the building, it is the entrance with the PASS signage outside on the gate.Take the elevator inside the entrance down to the lower level, follow the hallway all the way down to our suite.
