Social Isolation Forum presented by Thanks Mom & Dad Fund and CVS Health A CVS Health grant made it possible to test interventions to reduce social isolation and loneliness in nine (9) locations. You will hear about the interventions and dig a little deeper with outside experts from CVS Health and Emily Allen from AARP Foundation to learn other strategies to attack this ongoing problem for older adults.
