Join us as we celebrate over 20 years of access to quality health care. For more that 20 years, J.C. Lewis Primary Health Care Center has provided access to quality healthcare. As we celebrate our 4th Annual Health Care Fundraiser Gala, we are asking you to join us for this very special event on October 8, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. In 2021 there were more than 4,058 documented homeless individuals living in the Savannah-Chatham County area. As one of Savannah's most helpless populations, access to care is challenging and with rising cost, including housing, even more people are vulnerable. All proceeds from this event will assist in funding continuing access to medical, dental, behavioral health and psychiatric treatmentservices for these special populations. Your support would help provide the resources needed to ensure that healthcare services and treatment remain available in our area.
