To begin Thursdays at FORGE on a light, caffeinated note, join us for "Let's Drink Coffee and Talk About..." in Roy's Place. Every week we'll set a broad topic and invite special guests who can lend their special experience, expertise, or enthusiasm. On May 12, it's a Startup Tucson takeover! Dillon Walker is a creative strategist, business leader, and community builder based in Tucson, Arizona. He is the founder and principal of Hydrant, an experience studio providing a distinct set of services to organizations of many sizes; Co-founder of a co-working space serving freelancers, entrepreneurs, small teams, and remote workers called Common Workspace; and Co-founder of an innovative auto care company called OOROO Auto, pioneering a new landscape in aftermarket auto service. As a community builder, he is the Immediate Past President of the Tucson Young Professionals, working to create a more vibrant city for young people to thrive in; the Vice Chair of the Downtown Tucson Partnership; Co-founder of the TENWEST Festival; and past board of directors of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council. Doors open at 8:30am, and program starts at 9:00am. Thursdays at FORGE will continue upstairs in the Hub following program. Come for the coffee, stay for the conversation.
