Join this in-person event to learn about Unite Rhode Island network and see how your organization can get involved! During this session, you will learn more about the Unite Rhode Island network, receive a demo of the Unite Us platform, and discover how your organization can get involved. Unite Rhode Island is a network of health and social care providers, sponsored by Prospect Health Services RI, Inc., Rhode Island Office of Veteran Services, Lifespan, Coastal Medical, and the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services. The Unite Rhode Island implementation team includes the United Way of Rhode Island. Partners are connected through a shared technology platform, Unite Us, which enables them to send and receive electronic referrals, address people’s social needs, and improve health across communities. Unite Rhode Island is your community’s tool to securely collaborate with partners to help the people you serve. Unite Rhode Island’s work ensures that communities and individuals can seamlessly access much-needed resources and services, such as food, employment, transportation, and housing, through collaboration with local community-based organizations.
