Need help with a rental car

Does anyone know of a privately owned, someone willing to or another rental car agency that is available for me to use a vehicle from tomorrow morning or early morning and return it Sunday around 8:00PM. I have car insurance and a drivers license. Can Pay $$ need to pick up my mother in law from Salem and bring her back to Bend (her dementia has gotten worse and it’s an emergency to go get her to live with us)
