Plumber needed for small fast job

Hello friendly plumber. Or person with plumbing knowledge and experience. I need to hire someone to replace the valves for the washing machine. See the attached photographs. The house was built in 1985. These are probably the original valves. Recently I had to turn these valves off to move the washing machine. The rubber gaskets must be all dried out and unable to maintain a water proof seal because they don't. Can't use the washing machine now until this is fixed. Water goes all over the floor. Can you tell from the picture what size valves I need? I need new valves with rubber gaskets. Trying to buy only the gaskets would be hard, I was told, because it's often hard to find exactly the right size. If you can tell me what size valves to get I will get them and all you have to do is install them. Also, how do I remove the valves? I think once I shut off the water and remove the hoses I will be able to remove the valves with a channel lock. Is that right? For the right person it will probably take you half an hour. Tell me what you would charge to do this. This is the only plumbing job in the house except that I have a new shower control in the bathroom and might (or might not) need some help installing it. The long screws are hard to fit into the eye hole to hold the plate in place. Reliable, sober, honest and dependable person wanted. Thank you.
