Press release from University of Wisconsin - Green Bay: May 10, 2022 UW-Green Bay piano faculty members Michael Rector and Sylvia Hong will present an informal recital featuring some classic hits of the piano duo repertoire: Brahms's Hungarian Dances, Ravel's La valse, Debussy's Petite Suite and Percy Grainger's Fantasy on Themes from Porgy and Bess (Gershwin) on May 12, 2022 from Noon to 1:30 p.m. in Fort Howard Hall of the Weidner Center. This will be Michael and Sylvia's first performance since winning the Ellis Duo Piano Award last year.
