EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE STAFF MEMBER FOR LONGBOAT KEY CONDOMINIUM Luxury community on Longboat Key seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance staff member to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, limited owner work orders, and tennis court grooming functions. Duties may include but are not limited to: * Small handyman projects. * Drywall repairs, light carpentry. * Painting. * Pool maintenance and cleaning. (Pool Certification preferred). * Assist with periodic replacement of contaminated clay on tennis courts. * Cleaning/maintenance of garages, walkways, stairways, parking areas, and grounds. * Pressuring washing structures/grounds. * Preventative maintenance of the property. * Grooming of Har-Tru tennis courts. * Assist with monitoring of outside vendors and subcontractors. * Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues. The successful candidate must be familiar with the skills needed to perform the above duties and operate necessary power tools; have a clean-cut appearance; good people skills; be a team player; work independently; be punctual and reliable, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required. The position is full time with possible weekend (Saturday) duties and includes benefits upon successful completion of trial period.
