Service Assistant/Porter needed to join our service team at Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton! We need a multi-tasking, enthusiastic, customer service expert for our professional service department. The right candidate will be performing multiple tasks that will help our service team serve our customers better. This includes everything from greeting our customers as they pull into the service drive, assisting and directing customers, running paperwork, transporting customers, and other duties as needed to keep our service department running smoothly. Successful candidates must be professional, a hustler willing to do whatever is needed to contribute, and have excellent customer service skills. We need a full-time team member to join our automotive service team. Are you the right person for the job? Service Porter/Assistant Duties Include: Greet service guests as they enter the drive Make customers feel welcome and provide assistance as needed Transfer vehicles safely and efficiently Keep service department and drive clean and clear of clutter Pick-up/Drop off customers when needed Replenish supplies, water, etc. as needed Other duties assigned to assist in the operation of the dealership Service Assistant Requirements Our Service Assistant needs to be approachable, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to help our Cadillac service customers and service department team. You must embody Sunset Automotive Group's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service.
