Yoga isn't about fancy athleisure wear or touching your toes. At its core, yoga is for everyone, and there are many different ways of doing it.
Join this class for an introduction to an age-old practice that combines physical postures with breathing designed to show you just how good you can feel - body and mind.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through every step of the way. This is a lighthearted and welcoming environment. We encourage new members to ask questions, go at your own pace, and laugh a little. Learning something new can be fun! Simply dress comfy and come on in. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
