Missing Dog Lil Bit

I am looking to find my puppy Lil Bit. This dog is the reason I get up every day even if I haven't seen him in a while. He is 16 years of age and I don't want him to go to the grave without his dad. Last seen in Fremont, NE and I was told he was taken from Furever Home. He is a poodle/rat terrier mix. He is my soul dog and my baby boy and I want to find him but I don't know how.
