Unit Commander Lt. Darren Beams said as a result of the investigation, probable cause was found to charge Pogue on the numerous counts. The investigation was conducted along with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency's ICAC Task Force and the University of Alabama Joint Electronics Crimes Task Force. Pogue was transported to the Tuscaloosa County Jail and his bond was set at $15,000 for each individual count, totaling $225,000. Beams said the investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected. "Most investigations of this type usually do not end with only the initial charges," he said Wednesday. "The initial charges come from a very short extraction of an electronic device that belonged to the suspect." Follow Patch here for updates or on Facebook and Twitter.
