Here are the top three stories today in Charleston: Charleston's Democratic Socialists of America chapter will be hosting a free brake light repair clinic this weekend. The event is meant to enhance public safety by reducing interactions with the police. The chapter will also be providing training for those that would like to learn how to service their vehicles. The clinic will be at Fresh Future Farm at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. (Charleston Post Courier)Cirque De Soleil is returning to North Charleston - but this time it's on ice. The last time world-famous Cirque De Soleil was in the area was five years ago. The performance will be using high-flying stunts to visually tell stories to captivated audiences. The curbside collection does not require a new cart and acceptable materials will not change. Any residents affected by the service change will be notified in the mail through a postcard.
