First and foremost we are looking for a strong Shop Foreman. You must be able to diagnose multiple vehicles, R&R a transmission, and produce work flow. Don't be afraid to make money. Next we are hiring for a tech who can R&R specifically, in a timely manner. Can you remove and replace FWD, AWD, and RWD transmissions? We want to hear from you! Lastly but most importantly, we need a reliable and strong transmission builder. MUST know the ins and outs of every major transmission and up to date on their functions and parts. Know what part is what and be able to build with minimal supervision. Also you must like to earn a great pay! Do you value top pay for your hard work? Do you like bonuses?
