Hiring for a custodial operations manager in our Fargo market. You will be responsible for running a multi-building campus. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will work from around 11am until 8pm (Mon - Fri). You will hire staff, clean assigned areas, train, motivate and project plan, process time cards, complete inspections, manage staffing and other duties. You are the representative for the company at the location. This employer requires a valid covid vaccination or a valid exemption.
