Meet Scrams, she’s a silly, spunky 3-legged lovebug. We think she looks like Dobby from Harry Potter. My husband & I have fostered 30 dogs and she’s been the hardest to give up because we love her so much - she keeps us laughing all day Her story: she was found on the streets of Tijuana, Mexico after being hit by a car. She’s made a full recovery and is just as fast as our 4-legged dog! She loves to go on walks, hikes, wrestle with other dogs, and snuggle. She just wants to be near you and would be sooo happy with a single person or a couple. I haven’t seen her with kids much but seems to do fine (I’d say older kids are your best bet). She’s approx 2 years old, 18 pounds, we think she’s a weiner dog/dachshund/chihuahua, lab mix, and she’s house trained, walks well on a leash, and sleeps in her crate at night without issue. She’s ready for her new home, where she’ll get daily walks (it’s important for tripawds to stay fit!) The rescue she’s with is Pokie & Friends, and her rehoming fee will go directly to helping other dogs in need.
