Looking for a small warehouse/light industrial space for my small collective (6ish) that includes woodworker, print makers, painters, audio/video production, etc. Hopefully 500+ square feet and our budget is about $1,150 but we can talk about that. Preferably ground floor with a roll up door and access to water. Any ledes are appreciated!
