Carpenter finisher wanted for a project

Description

We need to install some stairs, railings on existing stairs, trim, some tile and baseboard. Please only respond if finishing is your specialty. If you are a jack of all trades, please do not bother. If you are a registered contractor with a license, I will be happy to give you a down payment. If not, I will pay as you complete various pieces of the project. This can be daily or any other way that makes you comfortable, but no money upfront. I will buy all materials per your specifications. You will need to provide references.
