The State Representation in Early Psychosis (STEP) study is recruiting young adults with first episode psychosis and healthy controls without psychosis to participate in our study. The purpose of this research is to help us understand how different people process information. Participation involves completing 3-4 visits over 6 months including MRI scans and EEG tests.
