I have a shared studio space available for rent. It’s on a residential property a couple blocks from Winco. 1/2 of the studio belongs to a leather worker Who is also a tour manager so when they aren’t home they’re gone but when they’re home there will be pounding noises. The space is 14.5 by 29 ft.² There are double doors on one end of the studio as well as skylights and a window that opens. The tables that you see in the pictures and the shelving comes with the space. There is also a mini fridge water dispenser and coffee pot that come with the space. There is no staying the night. Non-negotiable. There is an optional light table if you are an artist as opposed to a musician or do you want to space for a personal gym. There is no heat source and no running water. The home is on the PG&E care program so space heaters really jack up the price on utilities. The artist, myself, has a dog is very friendly :-)
