Construction or roofing experience is a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: -Abide by all OSHA and Blue Collar safety guidelines. -Pull inventory and ensure all materials are available to complete the job -Repair, replace, and install roofing on residential homes and/or commercial buildings -Communicate effectively with coworkers REQUIREMENTS: -Ability to problem solve. -Must be able to climb a ladder & work at heights; position may require lifting up to 75lbs.
