HANDYMAN/MAINTENANCE Technician (Missoula) Join our team! Home River Group (HRG) formerly Summit Property Management Inc. is hiring a skilled handyman to perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. This position starts immediately and is ~40 hrs per week. The right person for our team will have: - A broad range of maintenance/repair skills and experience and will be able to troubleshoot all kinds of repair issues. - Good set of hand tools and basic power tools. - Reliable vehicle (preferably truck or van) able to transport work materials and tools.4. The ability to verbally communicate effectively with co-workers, property owners and renters of properties where work is performed. - Ability to work Mon. - Fri flexible hours depending on the workload. Rotating after hours on call. This job involves entering tenants homes both occupied and unoccupied. We will not hire those with a criminal history or prior sexual or violent offense.
