Company: PorchLight Real Estate Group Title: Cleaning Associate Basic Function: Responsible for the cleanliness of homes that are being placed on the market and PorchLight offices. Responsibilities: The Associates’ tasks are to perform various cleaning activities, including cleaning bathrooms, bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, floors, kitchens, vacuuming carpets, dusting, polishing and other cleaning-related activities dependent on the required cleaning or required checklist (market shine or deep clean). Report any broken items, accidents or injuries promptly to Field Services Supervisor. Secure homes, including locking doors and windows, and activating alarms, without letting pets out. Learn specific cleaning techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Work smarter, not harder. Required to drive to specific locations to perform duties so must have own transportation. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisor. Perform other related duties as assigned. Attend and participate in meetings as requested by the Director or Pre-Listing Services, Cleaning Team Lead or Chief Operations Officer. Team members are required to take pictures of properties after cleaning to ensure job completeness. These photos will be loaded into our technology for safe keeping.
