The ability to follow directions, be self-motivated, provide input for process improvements, and have a can-do attitude with the various responsibilities assigned will take you far. We all work together as a team, so there will always be support and direction, when needed. Laborer/Field Engineer Responsibilities: • Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping houses, site cleanup, light framing work, general handyman work, etc. • Track and document deliveries on a daily basis. • Interpret/track house schedules that construction manager publishes and notify of any possible conflicts. • Perform Quality control tasks on houses throughout the entire construction process. This will include walking houses, taking pictures and filing them, inspection walks, etc. • Maintain a log and the organization of all equipment and parts kept in the yard. Order and pickup parts when necessary. • Perform punch list and warranty tasks on homes during closing process, with possibility to takeover entire punch list and warranty procedures. • Light maintenance work on vehicles, equipment, tools, etc. • Be ready to learn on the job training when necessary. • Duties and responsibilities not limited to tasks above. Expectations/Qualifications: • Construction background is a plus • Wood Stick framing experience • Handyman work experience • Ability to perform manual labor for several hours a day if needed • Ability to operate machinery after proper training • English proficiency both written and verbal • Must be able to commute to work every day (position is in West Greeley) • Ability to work in all weather conditions. • Valid drivers license will be required.   Work Hours and Benefits: This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30/5:00 pm. Our current jobsite is located in West Greeley, but this position must be able to travel to other jobsites as needed (all located in Northern Colorado).
