Independently owned Pest and Termite Control Company serving the Greater Houston area since 1996 servicing residential & commercial customers. We are looking for a Trainee with construction experience to join our team. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory clean driving record Mandatory clean criminal background check & drug test 21+ years of age (insurance purposes) Must be physically able to climb up and down stairs and able to lift over 30 lbs Reliable and trustworthy Must be able to take direction Good communication/listening skills Experience in any construction type job a plus Experience in any outside service industry a plus PHYSICAL: Walking, driving, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching. TEMPERAMENT: Must have the ability to accept responsibilities, perform duties under stress, adapt to situations requiring preciseness and adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
