Organic Food Production- seeking applicants for full time time-ish positions 30+ hours… the job is easy but repetitive, with some heavy lifting and expectation for speed, but in a relaxed small team atmosphere. The faster/better you work the more you are worth! If you are good with your hands and are friendly, social and like music, this is a great job for you. Productivity bonuses are given out as deserved and pay is based on your performance and speed after a 60 day trial. If you are looking for a less corporate food production job, or are sick of the grease & noise in a restaurant kitchen, or want daylight hours with weekends off, and steady indoor employment through all the seasons….
