Position: We are a local Asphalt Paving Company that has been in operation since 2015. We value our customers and employees, and it shows! We are currently seeking a Prep foreman for our 2022 season. If you meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you! Job Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Managing projects; both residential and commercial - Overseeing your crew, work trucks and equipment - Applicant will drive company vehicle and haul equipment - Regular Safety Maintenance of your equipment and vehicle - Position is full time & willing to work overtime -Equipment operation; rollers, skid steer, skip loader, grader etc. Qualifications: - Must have a driver’s license with an excellent driving record, a CDL is a bonus! - Must have leadership experience - Must have experience in the paving industry - Must be safety oriented and willing to follow safety standards of the company - Completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is mandatory What our Company Offers: -Medical, Dental & Vision Plan -Retirement Plan -Paid Holidays and PTO -Family oriented company with Employee appreciation Events CCB#213629 www.asphaltrecovery.com
