BlueSun is accepting resumes for a temporary, full-time Painter/General Maintenance position for Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, OR Duties: (not limited to) Performs basic Painter’s work in preparing and applying finishes such as paint and coatings to metal, wood, glass, plaster, drywall, masonry surfaces, and other various substrates of buildings and other structures, equipment, furniture, and woodwork in order to protect and beautify the surfaces. Will work in both occupied and unoccupied facilities. Must be able to communicate timelines and scopes of projects, as well as regularly scheduled work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using spray equipment such as airless, high volume low pressure, air assisted airless, and pressure pots.
