Lost small wallet that looks like a pomchii/chowchow

I've lost my little coin purse I was using as a wallet near Belmont and 38th. It's shaped as a dog head. Has my debit card ID some cash and a Fred Meyers card. The address on my ID is not up to date if someone were to try and return it. I believe it fell out of my purse somewhere between 39th and the bus stop on 37th. If found you can keep the $15 I just really need my ID, I've cancelled the debit card, and would like my little dog face back
