JOB DESCRIPTION Chicago Electric Boat Company is looking for crew members and office staff to begin ASAP for the 2022 summer season. We are looking for staff for all shifts/days of the week. Full and part time available. ENVIRONMENT: Energetic and hardworking company. You would be working alongside our team of managers, assistant managers, and fellow crew members! You would be working in the heart of Chicago right on the river - the exciting River North area. We are in search of motivated crew members to assist with boat rentals while simultaneously working in a fun and exciting environment. As a crew member, you will work closely with managers to create the best experience for all customers. DESCRIPTION: Greet customers as they arrive Assist in the check-in process. Assist with carrying food and drink to boat Perform Orientations on how to properly & safely operate boat. Clean boats between reservations Take out trash. Keep office and marina clean Miscellaneous tasks to assist in every day business operations Tying up boats. Charging boats for docking REQUIREMENTS: - Work weekends and able to work late hours (Close at 10PM on weekdays. Close at 11PM on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Closing duties after can take up to an hour.) -Reliable, timely -Good customer service skills -Curious about the boating/tourism industry -Quick learner If offered a position, you will be an ambassador of the Chicago Electric Boat Company.
