DailyPay availability. • $100 Gift Card with Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays • Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) • 401(k) with 4% Employer Match • Monthly and Quarterly Incentive Bonus Programs • Growth Opportunities and RockStar Training Requirements: • Coordinate and prioritize in-home and business-to-business installation scheduling and loadout. • Oversee the performance, development and consistent delivery of brand expectations by independent subcontractors. • Provide coaching and feedback while fostering strong working relationships with Installers. • Enthusiastic and motivated to apply practical installation experience, common sense, and integrity in coordinating daily subcontractor allocation and fulfillment obligations. • Conduct job-site visits to evaluate delivery of subcontractor installation services. • Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by resolving customer and installer issues quickly and fairly using transparent and professional communication skills in a fast-paced/ high-volume environment. • High School Diploma or GED and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook) required. • Knowledge of carpet/flooring installation process, home improvement codes, permitting/licensing requirements preferred, but we will train the right candidate. • Bilingual fluency and some college preferred.
