Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Liberty Group is in need of skilled workers with a passion for maintenance! As an apartment maintenance technician, you will be responsible for assisting the maintenance supervisor with service requests, turning apartments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the community. You may also be asked to walk the community to ensure all lights are properly working and inspect for any opportunities to get the property tour ready. Job Responsibilities: - Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. - Resolve maintenance issues in the area of (but not limited to) A/C, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc. - Manages records of activity in maintenance log. - Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. - Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. - Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. - Provide residents with outstanding customer service. Job Qualifications: - At least 6 months of onsite experience (or related field experience) - Possess a valid I.D. - Have reliable transportation - A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC) a plus!
