Requirements • Experience with mechanical automation systems • Experience with electrical automation hardware and control systems • Excellent communicator and collaborator • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to assimilate quickly • Ability to manage multiple project priorities • Exceptional problem solver with the ability and desire to think abstractly Primary Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and fix manufacturing machine problems and help design permanent solutions • Be the first line of technical support ensuring production equipment is working properly • Provide technical support of production equipment • Identify recurring machine problems that need an engineering solution Duties and Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and solve equipment issues • Perform and help create preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment • Hands-on design, build, repair, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment • Provide hands on training of operators on machine troubleshooting and daily maintenance requirements • Maintain required inventory of spare parts from outside suppliers and internal machine shop • Follow procedures and create documentation as needed to comply with ISO 13485 • Perform other related duties as assigned Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available.
